SWDP Adopted as the Local Plan

The South Worcestershire Development Plan Review was adopted by the three South Worcestershire Councils, comprising Malvern Hills, Worcester City and Wychavon, and is now the Local Plan for South Worcestershire.

In accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) and The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, please be advised that the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review was adopted by the three South Worcestershire Councils, comprising Malvern Hills, Worcester City and Wychavon, and is now the Local Plan for South Worcestershire.

You may view the adopted South Worcestershire Development Plan Review via the webpage South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2021 – 2041 – South Worcestershire Development Plan or at the council offices of Malvern Hills, Worcester City and Wychavon during office hours, or at any of the libraries across South Worcestershire during normal opening hours.
